1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to AO Trading. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AO Trading’s educational trading services, including our Discord community, email communications, educational content, and trading Setup (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.


2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Our Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.


3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Subscription Plans

AO Trading offers subscription-based access to our educational services at £149/month (or as otherwise posted on our website). Subscription fees are subject to change with notice.

3.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • Payment is due in advance for each billing period
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via:

  • Credit/debit cards (processed through Stripe or PayPal)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies)

Cryptocurrency Payment Terms:

  • Crypto payments are processed at the exchange rate at the time of payment
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees (gas fees, network fees)
  • Crypto payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain
  • Price volatility: GBP equivalent may change between invoice and payment
  • We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or lost transactions

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting accounts@aotrading.io.

3.4 Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our Services (immediate access to educational content and trading Setup), all subscription fees are non-refundable.

UK Consumer Rights: UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by accessing our educational content and Discord community, you expressly agree that we begin providing Services immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you access these digital services.


4. NATURE OF SERVICES – EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

4.1 Educational Community

IMPORTANT: AO Trading provides:

  • Educational materials about cryptocurrency and forex trading
  • Analysis and commentary on market conditions
  • Information about trades we are taking in our own accounts
  • Community discussion and collaborative learning
  • Trading education and risk management strategies

WE DO NOT PROVIDE:

  • Personalized investment advice tailored to your circumstances
  • Financial planning or advisory services
  • Portfolio management services
  • Guaranteed trading results or returns
  • Licensed financial advisory services

4.2 NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing on our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We share our own trading activity and perspectives as part of a collaborative learning community. This information represents what we are doing in our own accounts, not recommendations for what you should do. Every individual’s financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives are different.

You should consult with licensed professionals regarding your specific financial situation.

4.3 Trading Setup and Market Insights

Our trading Setup and market insights:

  • Represent trades we are taking or considering in our own accounts
  • Are shared for educational and transparency purposes
  • Are NOT recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument
  • Are NOT tailored to your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, or financial situation
  • Should NOT be followed blindly without your own analysis and due diligence
  • Are part of collaborative learning, not financial advice

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. You must conduct your own research and make independent decisions based on your own financial situation and risk tolerance.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including trading strategies, analysis, educational materials, and frameworks (e.g., “Psychology of Money & Trading Framework”) are owned by AO Trading and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, distribute, or share our content outside the community
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Share or resell our trading Setup
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices


6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

6.1 Community Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other members or staff
  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
  • Spam or post repetitive/irrelevant content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share others’ personal information without consent
  • Share or resell our trading Setup outside the community
  • Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activities

6.2 Consequences

Violation may result in warning, suspension, permanent ban, or legal action if appropriate.


7. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS

AO Trading has affiliate relationships with third-party services, including:

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges (ByBit, MEXC, etc.)
  • Forex brokers (VT Markets)
  • Trading tools and services (Wickhunter)

We may earn commissions if you sign up through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our educational content or recommendations, which are based solely on our genuine assessment and use of these services.


8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 Service “As Is”

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING:

  • Trading profits or performance
  • Accuracy of Setup, analysis, or educational content
  • Continued availability of Services
  • Compatibility with your systems

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Any trading losses or financial damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Reliance on any content or Setup provided

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100, whichever is greater).

UK Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.


9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AO Trading, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your trading activities and decisions
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights


10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or community members
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your access to our Services will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to any refund.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

UK and EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have rights under consumer protection regulations in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.


12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
